No cancellations & Refunds are entertained
1. Non-Refundable Services
(a) All services provided by Pro Digital Bharat Services Private Limited are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate agreement.
(b) This includes, but is not limited to, All type of services or products that are non-refundable.
2. Exceptional Circumstances
(a) Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances, solely at the discretion of Pro Digital Bharat Services Private Limited.
(b) Exceptional circumstances may include technical errors, system malfunctions, or other issues attributable to Pro Digital Bharat Services Private Limited.
(c) It will takes 24-72 Hours.
3. Cancelation Policy
(a) Cancelation requests must be submitted in writing to pro.dbs.pvt.ltd@gmail.com.
(b) Pro Digital Bharat Services Private Limited reserves the right to assess each cancelation request on a case-by-case basis.
4. No Refunds for Change of Mind
(a) Pro Digital Bharat Services Private Limited does not provide refunds for services or products due to a change of mind or circumstances on the part of the user.
5. Force Majeure
(a) Pro Digital Bharat Services Private Limited shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these terms due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, war, acts of terrorism, natural disasters, or other events beyond the control of Pro Digital Bharat Services Private Limited.
